Bahan
150 gr tepung ketan
1 sdm tepung tapioka
130 ml air

Campur jd satu hingga menggumpal lalu ambil adonan sebanyak 1 jempol tangan pipihkan rebus dlm air mendidih hingga mengapung atau matang, angkat lalu ulen jadi 1 dng adonan awal hingga kalis bertujuan agar saat dibentuk atau dibulatkan tdk mudah retak dan saat sdh matang bertextur lentur dan kenyal.

Bagi adonan menjadi 4 bagian
1 bagian taruh ¼ sdt bubuk teh hijau, ulen hingga rata
1 bagian taruh ½ sdt bubuk taro, ulen hingga rata
1 bagian taruh pewarna pink, ulen hingga rata
1 bagian biarkan putih

Bikin bulatan kecil” sebesar kelereng hingga adonan habis

Bahan isian
70 gr kacang tanah yg sdh disangrai
1 sdm gula pasir
20 gr gula merah

Blender kasar jd 1 lalu tambahkan 1 sdm air panas tekan” hingga menggumpal

Ambil 1 adonan pipihkan isi dng isian bulatkan lagi, lakukan hingga selesei

Rebus dalam air mendidih hingga mengapung/matang

Siapkan air gula ( air panas + gula ) tingkat kemanisan sesuai selera

Tiriskan butiran ronde yg sdh mengapung/matang lalu masukkan ke dlm air gula

Air Jahe
Rebus jahe bakar sebesar jempol org dewasa dng 300 ml air tambahkan 2 sdm gula pasir dan 20 gr gula jawa
Masak hingga harum jahe keluar

Penyelesaian
Sajikan ronde dalam mangkok kecil lalu tuang sedikit kuah jahe dan taburi kacang jika suka.
