Kudapan siang sambil ngopi makan wajik ketan Yummmy banget, si zizi juga doyan katanya harum bangett mama 😂, emang wangiii banget bikin selera 😋
Untuk gula pasir saya ganti brown sugar ya mak, krna stok saya lumayan ne ditambah dikirimin temen saya si Ute @uthinute, btw sinmung makk😘

Bahan Bahan :
500 gr beras ketan
250 gr gula merah
50 gr gula pasir (saya brown sugar)
600 ml santan (Saya bagi 2, 300ml santan encer dan 300ml santan kental)
Sejumput garam dan daun pandan secukupnya
Cara Membuat :
Cuci bersi beras ketan, rendam sekitar 3 jam’an, tiriskan. Masak beras ketan, santan encer, garam dan daun pandan seperti mengaron beras sampai kering. kemudian kukus sampai matang.
Campurkan jadi satu diwajan santan kental, gula merah, brown sugar aduk hingga gula merah larut dan mengental
Masukan ketan diaduk sampai santan menyusut dan mengering, angkat wajik tuang dalam loyang sambil ditekan dan padatkan. dinginkan baru potong.
