Balado udang kentang pete ⁣⁣

Bahan : ⁣⁣
– 1/2 kg udang tanpa dibuang kulitnya, usahakan pilih udang yang masih sangat segar, goreng udang di minyak panas sebentar aja jangan terlalu lama biar lebih terasa juicy daging udangnya, 5 menit angkat, terlalu lama digoreng udang jadi mimpes dan keras . .⁣⁣
– 1/2 kentang, potong kotak besar besar rendam dengan air kapur sirih lalu cuci kembali sampai bersih dan goreng sampai agak kering⁣⁣
– 2 papan pete⁣⁣
– 2 batang serai⁣⁣
– 4 lembar daun jeruk segar⁣⁣
– kaldu bubuk dan garam secukupnya⁣⁣
– sedikit gula pasir – 1 setengah bks saos tiram saori bungkus merah⁣⁣
– 1 buah tomat ukuran sedang iris tipis tipis⁣⁣

Bumbu yang di rebus dan blender kasar⁣⁣
– 1 ons cabe merah keriting⁣⁣
– 1 ons lebih cabe kecil⁣⁣
– 1 ons bawang merah⁣⁣
– 6 siung bawang putih⁣⁣

Cara buat : .⁣⁣
– tumis bumbu balado yang udah direbus dan di blender kasar dengan minyak agak banyak, masukkan serai dan daun jeruk segar, irisan tomat, garam, kaldu bubuk, garam, sedikit gula pasir, saos tiram saori, setelah bumbu tanek udah terlihat berminyak beri air kurang lebih 1/4 gelas belimbing biar gak terlalu kering jadi agak nyemek, masukkan pete masak sebentar koreksi rasa, masukkan kentang dan udang…aduk sebentar angkat .⁣
