Yang ini memang selalu ngengenin, tadinya mau bikin wajik pandan aja, kok jadi tergoda sama gula aren yg nongkrong di kulkas, jadi dibikin dua rasa aja deh😁

Siapkan loyang uk 20cm

BAHAN
500gr ketan rendam 2-4jam
300ml santan kental (bagi dua 150ml)
250ml santan encer
2 lembar daun pandan
5sdm gula pasir (sesuai selera)
150gr gula aren (sesuai selera)
1/3 sdt garam
Pewarna pandan (saya pakai endapan pandan dan suji 50ml + 2 tetes pewarna pandan untuk menaikkan warna menjadi terang)

CARA
1.Taruh ketan di panci yg bisa buat ngukus bersama 250ml santan cair dan 2 lbr pandan, garam, kukus 20-30 menit
2. Angkat, bagi dua ketan dg porsi yg sama
3.Masak santan kental 150ml + gula aren dg api kecil, setelah mencair saring, setelah disaring masak lagi bersama ketan dg api keci sampai kering menjadi wajik tata di loyang yg sudah di oles sedikit minyak atau di lapisi daun pisang, tekan2 sampai padat
4.Masak santan kental 150ml + ketan + 5sdm gula dg api kecil tambahkan endapan pandan dan pewarna, aduk2 sampai kering, tata di loyang tekan2 sampai padat
Dinginkan, setelah dingin boleh dipotong dg pisau yg dilapisi plastik dan diolesi sedikit mingak spy tdk lengket, siap saji.
