OPOR AYAM

BAHAN :⁣
1 ekor ayam boiler (saya pqke berat 1,3 kg)⁣
2 lembar daun salam⁣
4-5 lembar daun jeruk⁣
2 batang serai⁣
1,25 liter santan / 1,5 santan dr 1 butir kelapa / 250 gr santan kental + 1,25 liter air (sescukupnya)⁣
1/2 sdt lada bubuk⁣
3-4 cm kayu manis (jika suka)⁣
Garam & kaldu bubuk secukupnya⁣
Minyak goreng secukupnya⁣

BUMBU HALUS :⁣
12 siung bawang merah⁣
6 siung bawang putih⁣
1 sdm ketumbar⁣
5-6 bh kemiri (saya sangrai dl)⁣
1/2 sdt jinten (boleh skip)⁣
2-3 cm kunyit⁣
3 cm lengkuas (1 ruas)⁣
1 ruas jahe⁣

CARA :⁣
1. Lumuri ayam dg jeruk nipis (boleh lewati langkah ini) diamkan 15, cuci bersih & sisihkan.⁣
2. Jika suka silahkan goreng ayam setengah matang, sisihkan ( saya memilih ayam tdk digoreng setengah matang, tp lgsg di masak dg santan) optional⁣
3. Tumis bumbu halus bersama daun salam, serai, daun jeruk hingga harum, lalu tuangkan santan secukupnya, masak hingga santan mendidih.⁣
4. Setelah mendidih tambahkan ayam, beri garam, lada bubuk & kayu manis jika suka, kaldu bubuk jika suka, masak semua hingga daging ayam matang.⁣
Taburi bawang goreng saat disajikan.⁣

Note : *jika ayam digoreng setgh matang terlebih dahulu, kurangi takaran santan, cukup pake 750-1 liter dr 1 bh kelapa. Atau 200 ml santan kental+700-800 ml air.⁣
Santan bs di sesuaikan dg selera⁣
