BAHAN
200 grm tepung ketan
1 sdk makan tepung tapioka
1/2 sdt garam
230 ml air hangat atau secukupnya sampe bisa di pulung
Pewarna makanan secukupnya sesuai selera
Manisan kolang kaling
BAHAN ISI:
150 gr kacang tanah tanpa kulit, sangrai, cincang kasar
50 grm gula merah sisir halus
Campur semua bahan dan aduk rata. .
.
BAHAN WEDANG JAHE :
1 liter Air
4 ruas jahe,bakar lalu keprek
100 gram Gula merah + Pasir gula pasir sesuai selera
2 lembar daun pandan
1batang sere keprek
Semua bahan di rebus hingga mendidih dan harum lalu saring… CARA MEMBUAT RONDE
Dalam panci beri air secukupnya, biarkan mendidih, setelah mendidih kecilkan api Campur tepung ketan, tepung tapioka, garam aduk sebentar, lalu tuang air sedikit demi sedikit hingga adonan bisa di pulung
Bagi adonan menjadi bberapa bagian beri pewarna makanan, ambil sedikit adonan lalu pipihkan, isi dengan isian lalu rapatkan dan bentuk bulatan. Lalu masukakan ke air mendidih masak hingga mengapung lalu angkat dan celupkan ke air matang dingin dan tiriskan
.Penyajian ambil mangkok masukan ronde siram dengan wedang jahe hangat taburi dgn kacang sangrai
