Bahan
50gr glutinous rice flour /tepung ketan
50gr rice flour /tepung beras
25gr wheat flour /tepung tang mien
25gr sugar /gula castor
185gr milk /susu cair
25gr condensed milk /skm
25gr oil /minyak

Matcha, redvelvet, taro, strawberry, banana powder (masing rasa saya pake 1/4tsp)

Filling : pandan paste, red bean, mungbean, white lotus (sesuai selera)

15gr glutinous flour + 2 lbr daun pandan sangrai dgn api sedang sampai ringan +- 5 menit

Mold 35gr
Filling 20gr kulit 16gr

Caranya
1.campur smua bahan jadi satu , whisk sampai tercampur rata lalu bagi jadi 5 dan tambahkan masing2 rasa powder aduk rata lalu saring di bowl dan tutup, kukus slama 20-25 menit dgn api sedang
2.stlah matang angkat aduk pake sendok kayu sampai uda agak hangat adon dgn tgn (pakai sarung tangan biar ga lengket) sampai kalis dan lembut
3.lalu isi sesuai selera dan cetak (pada saat cetak jgn lupa baluri tgn dan cetakan dgn tepung ketan sangrai)
Masukan ke kulkas lebih kurang 1-2 jam lalu sajikan .. Enjoy💕🥰
