LONTONG KARI (ala saya)

BAHAN :

  • Secukupnya lontong
  • Bawang goreng secukupnya
  • Sambal jika suka pedas

BAHAN KARI :

  • 700 grm daging (sy pake bagian iga yg byk dagingnya)
  • 4 butir telur, rebus matang
  • 2 buah kentang, kupas, potong2
  • 3 batang sereh, memarkan
  • Seruas lengkuas muda,memarkan
  • 8 lembar daun jeruk
  • 2 lembar daun salam
  • 3 buah cengkeh, biarkan utuh
  • Garam & gula secukupnya
  • Secukupnya air, sekitar 1,5 sampe 2 liter air

BUMBU HALUS :

  • 15 buah bawang merah
  • 4 siung bawang putih
  • 15 buah cabe merah keriting
  • 4 butir kemiri
  • 3 buah kapulaga
  • 1 ruas kunyit tua, bakar terlebih dulu
  • 1 sdm ketumbar butiran
  • 1/2 sdt jinten

CARA MEMBUATNYA :

  1. Rebus daging sebentar, angkat, buang air darahnya, sisihkan.
  2. Tumis bumbu halus, sereh,lengkuas, daun salam, daun jeruk & cengkeh hingga harum & matang.
  3. Lalu tambahkan daging, tambahkan air, aduk rata! Masak hingga daging setengah empuk!
  4. Tambahkan air lagi jika dirasa air sdh menyusut, masukan kentang & telur, didihkan hingga daging & kentang empuk!
  5. Tambahkan garam & gula, koreksi rasa, angkat!
  6. Sajikan bersama lontong atau ketupat.
