LAPIS SINGKONG

Bahan :

  • 800 gr singkong, parut
  • 1 bungkus agar2 plain
  • 250 ml santqn
  • 200 gr gula pasir
  • 1/2 sdt garam
  • 2 tetes vanilli
  • Pewarna makanan sesuai selera

Bahan Taburan Kelapa : (kukus)

  • Kelapa parut
  • 1 lbr daun pandan
  • Sejimpit garam

Cara :

  1. Campur semua bahan, aduk rata
  2. Bagi menjadi tiga bagian sama rata, beri warna sesuai selera
  3. Siapkan loyang kotak sesuai selea, alasi dengan palstik tebal, olesi minyak, tuang satu adonan warna kukus selama 15 menit!
  4. Tambahkan adonan satu lagi warna lain, kukus selama 15 menit, tambahkan lagi adonan terakhir, kukus selama 20 menit!
  5. Tunggu dingin, potong2 dengan pisau yg di oles minyak,aku pake pisau cake, tabur kelapa kukus!
  6. Sajikan!!!
