๐Ÿ’œBahan Biang :

  • 1/2 sdt ragi
  • 40 gr t.terigu
  • 1/2 sdm gula pasir
  • 50 ml air

๐Ÿ Cara: campur semua bahan aduk rata,diamkan 1/2jam/sampai kelhtan ada gelembung2 nya

๐Ÿ’œBahan A :

  • 200 gr gula
  • 100 ml santan kental(direbus bersama daun pandan dan dinginkan)
  • 1/4 sdt garam
  • 1/4 sdt vanila
  • 200 gr ubi ungu(rebus dan haluskan)

๐Ÿ’œBahan B :

  • 200 gr tepung kunci biru
  • 1 butir telur, kocok lepas

๐Ÿ’œCara :

  1. Campur bahan A, kocok dengan whisk sampai rata lalu tuang bahan biang aduk rata!
  2. Lalu masukkan telur yang sudah dikocok dan tepung sedikit2 hingga tercampur rata, diamkan 2 jam hingga kembang (adonan sangat kental)!
  3. Panaskan kukusan, aduk adonan sebelum dituang ke paper cup. Tuang adonan 3/4 saja, kukus selama 15 menit dengan api besar dan selama pengukusan tutup panci jangan di buka supaya mekar nya maximal!
