Ikan bandeng sebenarnya guriih di goreng gitu aja tapi kalo ndak di presto susah makannya ya harus mbeteti duri halusnya, rawan kleleken😅😅

BANDENG PRESTO

Bahan :

  • 1,5 kg bandeng, buang isi perutnya, cuci bersih dan kucuri dengan jeruk nipis

Bumbu Halus :

  • Kunyit 30 gr
  • Jahe 30 gr
  • Bawang putih 1 bungkul, 9 siung
  • Ketumbar sangrai 1 sdm
  • Garam 1 sdm
  • Kaldu jamur 1 sdt

Bumbu Cemplung :

  • Sere 5 barang, ambil putihnya geprek
  • Daun salam 10 lembar
  • Daun jeruk 10 lembar

Cara Membuat :

  1. Siapkan panci presto, tambahkan air secukupnya, jangan sampai melebihi sarangannya presto
  2. Tata daun salam, daun jeruk dan sere di atas sarangan presto, untuk bumbu cemplung bisa di taruh diatas bandeng ya, sesuaikan selera!
  3. Tambahan bumbu halus dengan sedikit air, lumuri bandeng dengan bumbu sampai rata
  4. Susun bandeng yang sudah dibumbui di presto
  5. Masak dengan api besar, setelah berdesis kecilkan api masak kira2 45 menit
  6. Tunggu sampai presto dingin ya baru tutupnya bisa dibuka
  7. Celupkan bandeng di kocokan telur yang sudah dibumbui dengan sedikit garam
  8. Goreng sampai matang kekuningan!
