Bakso Goreng Kopong

Bahan:

  • 500 gr ikan tenggiri, haluskan
  • 200 gr tapioka
  • 1 sdt garam
  • ½ sdt merica
  • 125 ml air dingin
  • 1 sdt baking powder
  • 2 sdm minyak

Cara Pembuatan:

 

  1. Campurkan seluruh bahan menjadi satu.
  2. Uleni hingga tercampur rata dan dapat dibentuk bulatan.
  3. Tuang minyak diatas adonan.
  4. Aduk rata, kemudian simpan dalam kulkas selama 2-3 jam.
  5. Panaskan minyak dengan api sedang.
  6. Masukkan adonan menggunakan bantuan 2 buah sendok
  7. Kecilkan api.
  8. Masak hingga bakso mengembang dan mengapung.
  9.  Angkat.
  10. Tiriskan dan sajikan
