AYAM BATOKOK LADO MUDO
-Ayam Penyet Cabe Ijo-

Bahan:

  • 1 ekor ayam
  • 1 batang sereh geprek
  • 2 lbr daun salam
  • 2 lbr daun jeruk

Bumbu Halus:

  • 8 siung bawang putih
  • 4 siung bawang merah
  • 1/2 sdm ketumbar bubuk
  • 1/2 sdt lada bubuk
  • Sejempol lengkuas
  • Seruas jahe
  • Sedikit saja kunyit
  • Garam

Caranya:

  1. Masukkan ayam, bumbu halus, daun2an dan air bersih dalam wajan, masak sampai mendidih lalu kecilkan api, tutup wajan lalu masak sampai ayam matang!
  2. Goreng ayam dalam minyak panas sampai kecoklatan, Tiriskan!

👉 SAMBEL LADOMUDO / cabe ijo:

  • 1 ons cabe hijau kriting + 1/2 ons cabe rawit hijau (bisa di skip kalau gak doyan pedes) + 4 siung bawang merah + 4 siung bawang putih.

Note: Bisa pakai bawang putih aja kalau gak doyan bawang merah mentah ya!

Cara Membuat:

  1. Semua cabe mentah dan bawang mentah di ulek! Tapi tetesi air jeruk nipis dulu sebelum di ulek ya!
  2. Tambahkan garam dan sedikit gula pasir, kalau biasa pakai penyedap silahkan! Ulek kasar aja ya lalu siram dengan minyak mendidih bekas ayam goreng tokok / geprek ayam goreng pake ulekan lalu taburkan sambel cabe ijo, selamat menikmati😄
