Suwir Tongkol Kemangi Pedas
Bahan-bahan:
250 gram ikan tongkol
Secukupnya kemangi
1 buah tomat (iris tipis)
2 lbr daun jeruk
1 lbr daun salam
1 ruas sereh (geprek)
1 sdt gula pasir
2 sdt kaldu bubuk
1 1/2 sdt garam
Secukupnya gula merah
Bumbu Halus :
6 siung bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
5 buah cabe merah keriting
10 buah cabe rawit domba
Langkah:
1. Goreng tongkol setengah matang angkat lalu suwir2, siangi kemangi cuci bersih dan tiriskan
2. Tumis bumbu halus, tomat, daun jeruk, daun salam, dan sereh sampai wangi
3. Tambahkan sedikit air, beri gula, garam, kaldu bubuk, dan gula merah aduk2 koreksi rasa
4. Terakhir masukkan ikan tongkol dan kemangi aduk2 masak sampai air aga nyemek angkat dan sajikan
