Lidah Kucing Ekonomis Rasa Premium⁣

Bahan:⁣

  • 150 gr Blueband Cake n Cookies⁣
  • 80-100 gr Gula halus⁣
  • 2 butir Putir telur⁣
  • 140 gr Terigu protein rendah⁣
  • 1/4 sdt Baking powder (bole di skip)⁣

Cara Membuat:⁣

  1. Dalam wadah mixer Blueband Cake n Cookies dan gula halus hingga pucat mengembang.⁣
  2. Masukan putih telur secara bertahap agar adonan tidak pecah. Mixer dengan kecepatan sedang.⁣
  3. Masukan terigu dan baking powder (diayak) Aduk rata.⁣
  4. Masukan adonan ke piping bag/ plastik.⁣
  5. Potong ujung dan semprotkan pada loyang lidah kucing / loyang biasa (sy tidak oles margarin, kalo mau bs oles tipis2)⁣
  6. Panggang dengan suhu 140-150•c dalam waktu 20-30 menit hingga pinggir kecoklatan.⁣
  7. Keluarkan dari oven dan dinginkan. Jd sudah dingin adonan lbh mudah dikeluarkan.⁣
  8. Angkat lidah kucing dari loyang dan masukan ke dalam wadah kedap agar tetap crunchy⁣
