BIKA AMBON EKONOMIS💟⁣

🍂Bahan A:⁣
  • 350 ml santan (*me: 50 ml endapan pandan + 300 ml santan)⁣
  • Sejumput garam⁣
  • 2 lembar daun jeruk purut (*tambahan DBAS)⁣
  • Pandan essence secukupnya (* me : Skip)⁣
Cara : Campur semuanya, masak api kecil sampai mendidih sebentar, matikan api & dinginkan⁣
🍂Bahan B :⁣
  • 75 gr tepung terigu serbaguna⁣
  • 150 gr tepung tapioka⁣
  • 1 sdt ragi instan⁣
  • Cara : campur dan ayak⁣
🍂Bahan C:⁣
  • 3 butir telur ayam⁣
  • 180 gr gula pasir (*me : 150 gr)⁣
  • 1 sachet SKM (krimer kental manis)⁣
Cara : Campur semuanya dgn whisk, sisihkan⁣
🍂Bahan D:⁣
60 gr margarin, lelehkan⁣
🍂Cara Membuat :⁣
  1. Campur bahan B ke A, aduk rata dgn whisk, diamkan 15 menit.⁣
  2. Masukkan bahan C, dan D aduk rata. Diamkan 1 jam. ⁣ (*cara DBAS: masukkan bahan C saja, keplok2 adonan sebentar lalu diamkan 3-4 jam di wadah besar agar tidak luber, kemudian masukkan bahan D, aduk rata).⁣
  3. Panaskan cetakan kue lumpur api sangat kecil, olesi margarin sedikit, tunggu sampai benar2 panas lalu tuang adonan sebanyak 4/5 tinggi cetakan agar tidak luber dan hasil yg tebal. Tutup cetakan tunggu sampai matang & permukaan kering. (*me pakai cetakan lumpur jadul).⁣
  4. Lakukan sampai adonan habis.⁣
