Cara Membuat Kulit Lumpia Anti Robek

Bahan-bahan :

  • 500 gram tepung terigu Cakra
  • 3 butir telor
  • 250 ml susu cair (susu kotak)
  • 700 ml air ( bila kurang bisa tambah lagi )
  • 2 sendok makan margarin cair
  • Garam secukupnya
  • Merica (lada) secukupnya

Cara membuat :

  1. Siapkan wadah, campur semua bahan dan aduk sampai rata, kemudian saring.
  2. Panaskan wajan telfon. Tuang satu centong sayur adonan ke dalam wajan.
  3. Tunggu sampai bagian pinggirnya mengering. lalu angkat. Kalau pas ditaruh kulit berlipat, jangan langsung dibetulkan. Tunggu agak dingin dulu, baru dibetulkan. Ketika sudah dingin kulit tidak mudah robek
  4. Selesai! Gampang kan?
