Brownies kentang

Nah brownies ini pas banget untuk orang tua yang menderita diabetes atau yang lagi diet menghindari gula karena brownies ini rendah gula dan lemak

Bahan-bahan:
6 porsi

1/2 kg kentang
3 sdm madu/susu kental manis
2 btr telur utuh
1 sdt vanili
150 ml minyak goreng
4 sdm cocoa powder
2 sdm tepung maizena
choco chips unt hiasan

Langkah:
Kukus kentang dan haluskan
Kocok telur sampai mengembang, lalu masukkan semua bahan sampai tercampur rata. jika madu yang digunakan tidak terlalu manis boleh tambahkan sesuai selera atau bisa diganti susu kental manis
masukkan kedalam loyang yg sudah diolesi minyak dan panggang dgn api sedang selama -+35menit atau tusuk adonan jika sudah tidak lengket boleh diangkat.
tekstur memang agak basah dan tidak mengembang karena tidak menggunakan tepung terigu ya jadi bukan karena bantet
