TEMPE GORENG KRIUK

BAHAN :

  • Secukupnya tempe, iris lebar & tipis (harus tipis biar renyah & kriuk2)
  • 100 grm tepung beras
  • 40 grm tepung sagu
  • 1 1/2 sdm fibercreme
  • 150 cc air kurang lebih
  • 1/2 sdt air kapur sirih
  • Garam secukupnya

BUMBU HALUS :

  • 3 siung bawang putih
  • 1 sdt ketumbar butiran
  • 1/3 sdt lada butiran
  • 1 cm kencur
  • 3 butir kemiri

CARA MEMBUATNYA :

  1. Campur bumbu halus bersama tepung beras, tepung sagu, air kapur sirih, garam dan fibercreme lalu tuangkan air sedikit demi sedikit hingga adonan kentalnya cukup.
  2. Panaskan minyak goreng, celupkan irisan tempe dlm adonan tepung, goreng satu persatu hingga benar2 kering (api jangan besar2)
  3. Goreng hingga irisan tempe habis, angkat!
  4. Tiriskan, hidangkan.
