Resep Sagu Keju/Semprit Keju Renyah Gurih Bercitarasa

SAGU KEJU / SEMPRIT KEJU⁣⁣

Bahan: ⁣⁣
  • 300 gram tepung sagu (saya pakai merk Alini)⁣⁣
  • 2 lbr daun pandan⁣⁣
  • 100 gram  margarine⁣⁣
  • 50 gram mentega (saya pakai wisman)⁣⁣
  • 150 gram gula halus⁣⁣
  • 1 btr kuning telur⁣⁣
  • 100 gram keju edam, parut (saya pakai Kraft cheddar yang diparut lalu dimasukkan ke dalam kulkas supaya dapet tekstur yang kres, atau boleh juga di oven sampai agak kering) ⁣⁣
  • 50 ml santan kental (boleh ditambah sampai dapat tekstur untuk dispuitkan)⁣⁣
Cara Membuat:⁣⁣
  1. Sangrai tepung sagu dan daun pandan dengan api kecil hingga daun pandan kering. Angkat, dinginkan.⁣⁣
  2. Mikser margarine, mentega dan gula halus hingga putih dan lembut. Tambahkan kuning telur, kocok rata. Masukkan keju parut, kocok sebentar saja, matikan mikser (atau pakai spatula aja)⁣⁣
  3. Masukkan tepung sagu secara bertahap kedalam adonan mentega, aduk rata dng spatula saja. Tambahkan santan, aduk lagi hingga rata.⁣⁣
  4. Masukkan adonan kedalam plastik  segitiga, pasang spuit bintang (saya pakai wilton 4B), semprotkan kedalam loyang kue kering yg sudah dioles mentega.⁣⁣
  5. Oven selama kurang lebih 40 menit.⁣⁣
