BAHAN :

  • 1 kg tunjang sapi, potong2 (rebus tunjang sapi bersama 2 batang sereh uk besar, seruas jahe dimemarkan & 3 lbr daun salam) rebus hingga empuk, angkat, sisihkan, buang air rebusan

BAHAN LAINNYA :

  • 1,2 liter air kurang lebih
  • 100 grm fibercreme
  • 1 lembar daun kunyit, simpulkan
  • 12 lembar daun jeruk
  • 2 lembar daun salam
  • 4 buah asam sunti
  • 2 batang sereh uk besar, dimemarkan
  • Seruas lengkuas muda, dimemarkan
  • Cabe rawit utuh sesuai selera (jika suka pedas)
  • Garam & gula
  • Bawang merah goreng buat taburan

BUMBU HALUS :

  • 12 butir bawang merah
  • 4 siung bawang putih
  • 6 buah cabe merah keriting
  • Seruas jahe
  • Seruas kunyit (bakar dulu biar ga langu)
  • 3 buah kemiri

CARA MEMBUATNYA :

  1. Panaskan minyak di wajan,tumis bumbu halus hingga harum, lalu masukan daun jeruk, daun salam, daun kunyit, asam sunti, sereh & lengkuas.
  2. Lalu masukin tunjang sapi ke dalam tumisan bumbu, aduk rata, tuangkan air, masukan cabe rawit utuh, lalu bubuhkan garam & gula.
  3. Masak hingga mendidih sambil sesekali diaduk, lalu masukan fibercreme aduk hingga rata,koreksi rasanya, angkat!
  4. Sajikan bersama taburan bawang goreng.
