🔥ENGKAK KETAN🔥

Bahan :⁣

  • 10 butir telur utuh
  • 350 gr gula pasir
  • 300 gr mentega cair
  • 450 gr tepung beras ketan
  • 1 liter santan dari 4 butir kelapa yang dimasak sampai berminyak
  • 1 kaleng skm
  • 1/2 sdt garam
  • 1 sdm susu bubuk
  • 1 sdt pasta vanilla

Caranya :

  1. Kocok telur, gula dan vanilla sampai gula larut, tidak perlu sampai mengembang
  2. Tuang santan, aduk rata
  3. Tuang tepung ketan, susu bubuk, garam, aduk rata
  4. Tuang mentega cair, santan dan skm, aduk rata
  5. Tuang 1 centong sayur perlapisan, panggang api bawah untuk lapisan pertama suhu 150 derajat.
  6. Gunakan api atas untuk lapisan selanjutnya, sampai adonan habis. Oles mentega setiap akan menuang lapisan berikutnya.
  7. Lapisan terakhir panggang api atas bawah 10-15 menitan, sesuaikan oven masing2.
