Pao.. Bakpao… Bikin yang kukus-kukusan dulu ya.. untuk bakpaonya pakai resep bakpao ny.liem.

Bahan Biang :

  • 65 gram tepung terigu kunci
  • 1,5 sdt ragi instant
  • 50 ml air hangat

Bahan :

  • 185 gram tepung kunci
  • 4 sdm gula pasir
  • 1/2 sdt baking powder
  • 2,5 sdt mentega putih
  • 60 – 80 ml air (tuang perlahan) tergantung kelembaban tepung

Cara Membuat :

  1. Campurkan bahan biang, lalu uleni hingga menggumpal dan biarkan mengembang selama 15 menit
  2. Setelah 15 menit, campurkan bahan biang, tepung, baking powder, gula pasir, dan air, lalu uleni hingga membentuk butiran, kemudian masukkan mentega putih dan uleni lagi hingga adonan kalis/licin.
  3. Diamkan adonan selama 30 menit, lalu bagi-bagi menjadi beberapa bagian lalu pipihkan, kemudian beri isi sesuai selera.
  4. Biarkan lagi adonan yang sudah di beri isi selama 20-30 menit. Lalu kukus selama 10-15 menit, dan jangan over cook ya supaya bakpau hasilnya tidak keriput
