Kakap Goreng Tepung Saus Asam Manis

Selamat makan siang, ini menu makan siang dengan sayur santan labu

Bahan-bahan:
1 Ekor fillet ikan kakap merah
2 buah Jeruk Nipis
5 Sendok Makan Tepung Terigu
1 Sendok Makan Tepung Meizena
1 Buah Wortel
1 Buah Bawang Bombay
Secukupnya Garam
Secukupnya Merica
Secukupnya Gula
Secukupnya Air
Secukupnya kunyit bubuk
Secukupnya bawang Putih
Secukupnya Saus Abc Pedas
Secukupnya Saus Abc Tomat
1 Lembar Daun Salam
1 Butir Telur
Secukupnya Saus Tiram

Langkah:
1. Marinasi Ikan yang sudah di fillet dengan Jeruk Nipis dan Garam
2. Celup ke telur lalu balur dengan tepung terigu yang sudah di campur dengan meizena perbandingan 5:1 dan beri garam, kunyit bubuk, merica, bawang putih bubuk (bisa skip)
3. Goreng ikan sampai keemasan angkat dan Tiriskan
4. Buat bumbu dengan menumis bawang putih, wortel yang dipotong korek api dan bawang bombai, masukkan garam, daun salam, gula, merica, saus tiram, perasan jeruk nipis setengah buah, saus abc tomat, saus abc pedas, tambahkan air secukupnya dan apa bila wortel sudah matang, koreksi rasa lalu tambahkan tepung meizena yang sudah dicairkan.
5. Tata ikan goreng tepung tersebut dan siram dengan saus asam manis
