Hati ampela cabe ijo

Bahan-bahan:
5 pasang ati ampela
6 siung bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
20 buah cabe rawit ijo
20 buah cabe keriting ijo
1 buah tomat merah belah menjadi 4 bagian
1 buah tomat ijo belah menjadi 4 bagian
1 ruas lengkuas geprek
2 lembar daun salam
3 sdm kecap manis
secukupnya garam dan kaldu bubuk
secukupnya air
secukupnya minyak goreng

Langkah:
1. Cuci bersih ati ampela, rebus sebentar kira2 10 menit, angkat lalu potong2 sesuai selera.

 

2. Cuci semua bumbu.. potong cabe bawang merah,bawang putih beserta tomat sesuai selera. panaskan minyak tumis bawang merah bawang putih hinga layu, masukan cabe lengkuas daun salam dan juga tomat tumis hinga layu, masukan hati ampela tambahkan sedikit air, kecap manis,garam, kaldu. masak hinga bumbu meresap dan kuah menyusut, koreksi rasa angkat dan siap di hidangkan.
