Gulai Ayam Kampung khas minang

Gulai khas minang yang simple , tambahkan nangka atau kentang buat sayur sekaligus karbo hehehe. Paling enak pakai ayam kampung, kaldunya mantap sekali. Tapi kalau gak ada bisa pakai ayam broiler atau daging sapi bahkan ikan ya. Kalau ikan masak jangan lama lama nanti ikan bisa hancur masukkan saat semua bumbu matang.

Bahan-bahan:
1 ekor ayam kampung muda, potong sesuai selera
1 liter santan
Bumbu halus:
10 siung bawang merah
5 siung bawang putih
4 butir kemiri
1 ruas jari kunyit
8 cabai merah keriting
5 cabai rawit
Bumbu Cemplung:
1,5 sdt garam
1 sdm gula pasir (pengganti penyedap)
2 lembar daun salam
2 batang sereh/ serai
1 buah asam kandis
1 lembar daun kunyit (saya skip)
Air secukupnya (bila daging ayam masih keras)

Langkah:
– Tumis bumbu halus dengan sedikit minyak sampai wangi, masukkan daun salam, sereh dan daun kunyit
– Masukkan ayam aduk sampai ayam berubah warna, lalu masukkan santan, masak sampai ayam empuk, bila santan sudah mengental tapi ayam belum empuk tinggal tambah air ya
– Terakhir masukkan garam dan gula, masak sampai kuah agak kental, koreksi rasa dan siap disajikan. Enaak
