SAWUT SINGKONG

Bahan :
400 gr Singkong (pastikan singkongnya masih bagus, cirinya kulit mudah dikelupas & belum ada garis2 biru), kupas dan cuci bersih
1 lbr Daun pandan, simpulkan
1/2 sdt Garam
100 gr Gula merah, sisir halus (sesuaikan selera manisnya)
100 gr Kelapa setenga tua, parut memanjang
Garam secukupnya
1 lbr Daun pandan, simpulkan

Cara Membuat :
1. Campur kelapa parut dan garam secukupnya, aduk rata. Tambahkan daun pandan, bungkus dengan daun lalu kukus 15 menit. Angkat dan sisihkan
2. Parut singkong dengan parutan rujak serut.
3. Campur singkong parut dengan gula merah dan 1/2 sdt garam, aduk rata.
4. Panaskan pengukusan, masukkan campuran singkong dan daun pandan. Kukus selama 30 menit atau sampai matang. Angkat
Tata dalam piring dan tambahkan kelapa parut, Sawut Singkong siap disajikan.
