Resep Tongseng Ayam Gurih, Lezat dan Mudah

TONGSENG AYAM

udah lama bngt ga masak tongseng ayam, jd td bebikinlah buat makan siang kita, ini enak bngt lo walau cuma pakai ayam dan santany jg sdkit aja/ga pake santan jg ttp ok👌 .

BAHAN :

  • 500 gram ayam, bersihkan potong agak kecil, beri air jeruk nipis/air asam dan sdkit garam, diamkan sbntr, cuci bersih kembali, tiriskan
  • Beberapa lembar kol iris kasar
  • 2 buah tomat potong kasar
  • 1 batang daun bawang iris
  • Cabe rawit utuh sesuai selera
  • 2-3 sdm santan kental instan
  • Air secukupnya
  • 2-3 sdm kecap manis/sesuai selera
  • Garam, kaldu jamur, merica bubuk
  • Bawang goreng utk taburan

BUMBU IRIS :

  • 4 butir bwng merah
  • Cabe rawit merah sesuai selera

BUMBU HALUS :

  • 1 sdt ketumbar sangrai
  • 3 butir kemiri sangrai
  • Sdkit jahe dan kunyit
  • 4 siung bawang putih
  • 6 butir bawang merah
  • 1/4 sdt pala bubuk dan jinten bubuk

BUMBU REMPAH :

  • 2 lmbr daun salam
  • 1 batang sereh memarkan
  • 4 lmbr daun jeruk sobek2
  • 2 cm laos memarkan
  • 2 cm kayu manis
  • 1 buah bunga lawang/pekak
  • 2 buah cengkeh

CARA MEMBUAT :

  1. Tumis bumbu iris sampai wangi, tambahkan bumbu halus dan bumbu rempah masak sampai benar2 matang dan mengeluarkan minyak
  2. Masukkan potongan ayam, masak sampai berubah warna, beri kecap manis aduk rata, lalu tambahkan air sampai ayam terendam, didihkan
  3. Beri garam, kaldu jamur dan merica bubuk, msk sampai ayam empuk dan bumbu meresap (cek rasa sesuaikan selera)
  4. Masukkan irisan kol, tomat, cabe rawit utuh, daun bawang dan santan, masak lg sebentar, angkat sajikan dng taburan bwng goreng 😋👍 . . .
