Resep Cumi Saus Asam Jeruk Kunci, Rasanya Lezat dan Empuk

Resep Cumi Saus Asam Jeruk Kunci

 

Bahan :

 

  • 500 gr cumi segar, buang tintanya cuci bersih dan tiriskan
  • Air asam Jawa
  • Bawang putih cincang 3 siung
  • Garam, gula, lada bubuk secukupnya
  • Jeruk kunci 3 butir, peras ambil airnya
  • Kecap manis dan kecap asin dan saus tiram secukupnya
  • Cabai rawit secukupnya potong-potong
  • Minyak untuk menumis

Cara Membuat :

  1. Asam Jawa dicampur air secukupnya, buang biji dan ampas.
  2. Lumuri cumi dengan air asam Jawa, air jeruk kunci, biarkan sampai meresap.
  3. Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih cincang hingga harum sisihkan, dalam minyak yang sama.
  4. Masukkan cumi yang sudah dimarinasi, tambahkan cabai rawit potong, garam, gula, lada bubuk, kecap manis, kecap asin dan saus tiram aduk-aduk, masak hingga cumi matang dan saus asam mengental, koreksi rasa hingga terasa asam, manis, dan gurih.
  5. Sajikan dengan taburan bawang putih goreng agar harum.
