KUE LUMPUR KENTANG

Bahan 1 :
300cc santan (me, 150cc santan kara ditambah air jadi 300cc)
50gr margarin
100gr gula pasir
1/2sdt garam
1/4sdt vanili
100gr terigu
Masak dengan api kecil santan, margarin, gula pasir, garam dan vanili sampai gula larut. Masukkan tepung terigu, matikan api aduk hingga kalis kemudian biarkan dingin.

Bahan 2 :
2 butir telur
125gr kentang yang sudah dikukus dan dihaluskan
100 ml susu cair
Aduk dengan menggunakan whisk sampai tercampur rata

Cara Membuat :
Campur bahan 1 dan 2 aduk hingga tercampur rata dan tidak ada yg bergerindil.
Panaskan cetakan kue lumpur.
Oles cetakan dengan margarin tipis tipis.
Tuang adonan 3/4 cetakan, tutup cetakan biarkan hingga setengah mateng. Tambahkan kismis sebagai hiasan.
Masak hingga permukaan kuning kecoklatan.
Angkat dan hidangkan.
