BOTOK DAGING

BAHAN :
300 g daging sapi potong kecil2
1 butir kelapa muda parut (untuk botok)
5 siung bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
2 butir kemiri
sedikit terasi
1 ruas jari kunyit
1/2 ruas jari kencur
3 lembar daun salam sobek
3 lembar daun jeruk sobek
2 ruas jari lengkuas, geprek
cabe rawit utuh secukupnya
daun pisang secukupnya
tusuk gigi secukupnya
.
CARA MEMBUAT :
1. Haluskan bw merah, putih, kemiri, kunyit, terasi, kencur.
2. Campur jadi satu kelapa parut, bumbu halus, daging sapi,daun salam, daun jeruk, lengkuas. Aduk n remas hingga bener2 tercampur rata.
3. Ambil 1 lembar daun pisang, beri 1 – 2 sdm adonan botok, tambahkan cabe rawit, bungkus seperti membungkus nasi, kunci dengan tusuk gigi.
4. Siapkan kukusan, kukus botok selama 45 menit sampai 1 jam dengan api kecil sampai daging benar2 matang.
