PANDAN SPONGE CAKE/BOLU JADUL PANDAN

BAHAN :

  • 120 ml endapan pandan kental
  • 65 ml santan instant
  • 50 gr margarine, lelehkan

.

  • 6 butir telur ayam (klo telurnya kecil pke 7btr)
  • 1/2 sdt sp
  • 200 gr gula pasir

.

  • 230 gr tepung terigu biru
  • 20 gr tepung maizena
  • 20 gr susu bubuk

.
CARA MEMBUAT :

  1. Panaskan oven lebkur 15 mnt seblm adonan dimasukkin
  2. Siapkan loyang uk 24 cm oles mentega dan taburin tepung sampai rata sisihkan
  3. Campur endpan pandan, santan, mentega leleh aduk jadi satu sampai rata sisihkan
  4. Mixer telur, sp, gula pasir hingga mengembang dan putih lebkur 10-15 mnt lalu matikan mixer
  5. Aduk tepung terigu, maizena, bubuk susu yg sdh di ayak jadi satu secara bertahap ke dalam adonan telur bergantian dgn larutan santan aduk sampai tercampur rata pake spatula
  6. Tuang ke dalam loyang yg sdh dioles mentega dan taburin tepung tadi
  7. Hentakan loyang beberapa kali.
  8. Oven suhu 180°c 50 menit atw hingga matang sesuaikan oven masing2
  9. Angkat dan dinginkan.
