Resep Agar-agar Kering

Bahan :

  • 1 bungkus (7 gr) agar2 swallow
  • 1 sdt (5 gr) nutrijell plain/tawar
  • 200 gr gula pasir
  • 300 ml air
  • Sesuai selera Essence buah2an
  • Sesuai selera Pewarna makanan

Langkah:

  1. Aduk rata agar2, jeli bubuk dan gula pasir. Sisihkan
  2. Didihkan air, masukkan campuran agar2. Aduk hingga mendidih kembali.
  3. Bagi adonan jd bbrp warna, beri essence jika suka.
  4. Tuang adonan ke dalam loyang atau cetakan lain. biarkan mengeras
  5. Potong2 atau lepaskan dari cetakan. Jemur selama 3-5 hari hingga mengering dan muncul lapisan gula putih di permukaannya.
  6. Simpan dalam toples dan sajikan.
  7. Bila tak mau pakai metode jemur, manisan bisa dikeringkan di depan kipas angin (blm coba kl oven apakah bs keluar lapisan putih).
